1. Dehydration
When a person spends too much time in the sun, there may be a lack of water in his body, which may cause dehydration. Especially in summer, spending too much time in the afternoon sun causes dehydration. Due to which there may be problems of fatigue, weakness, and headache. 4. Skin cancer
Harmful radiation from the sun increases the risk of skin cancer. Research has shown that excessive exposure to UV radiation can cause skin cancer. People should limit the amount of time they spend in the sun, especially avoiding the 12 to 3 pm sun. Be sure to apply sunscreen before going in the sun; this can reduce skin-related problems.
