Bajaj Finance Net Profit Increased By 17% To ₹4,480 Crore

Bajaj Finance net profit increased by 17% to ₹4,480 crore: revenue increased by 24% in the fourth quarter; special dividend of ₹12 and final dividend of ₹44 will be paid by the company.

The non banking finance company i.e. NBFC Bajaj Finance Limited had a total revenue of Rs 18,469 crore during the fourth quarter. This is 24% more than last year. Revenue from operations accounted for Rs 18,457 crore of the company’s revenue. While the company’s total expenditure in the January to March quarter stood at Rs 12,830 crore and total taxes at Rs 9,830 crore.

The company posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 4,480 crore during the fourth quarter if expenditure, taxes and other costs were deducted from total income. This is 17% more than last year. Bajaj Finance has declared its January-March quarter (Q4FY25, 4th Quarter) results on Tuesday (April 29).

What was there for the common man in the results?

If you hold shares of Bajaj Finance, the company’s board has also authorized shareholders a special of Rs 12 and a final dividend (dividend) of Rs 44 per share. Companies distribute a part of the profits to their shareholders, this is a dividend.

The company has also announced the division of one equity share into two equity shares and the distribution of bonus equity shares in a ratio of 4:1. This shows that the company will distribute four bonus equity shares for every equity share.
