Eating Jamun at night is not recommended as its effect is bloodless. Eating it at night can lead to the development of phlegm and some people may also have trouble with bloodless or sore throat. So, if you want to get the overall benefits of Jamun, then eat it after a light meal or in between meals. This is the best way to get health.

Answer- Jamun seeds are also useful for health, especially for diabetic patients. These seeds contain herbal factors that assist in managing blood sugar. Wash and dry the seeds after which grind them to make a powder. Taking a small amount of this powder day by day can increase the sugar level. Not the best diabetic, jamun seeds are also considered useful in enhancing digestion, reducing stomach infections and urinary troubles.
