How much water do you drink in a day? Friends, we know how important water is for us, but do you know how much water is necessary for your body to drink? 1. Fluid balance in the body—About 60% of our body is filled with water. So by drinking water, the amount of water in the body remains sufficient. Due to which the body temperature also remains balanced, and at the same time, the digestion process also remains good. Water also provides nutrition to your body.

2. Calorie control—If you want to lose weight, then drinking water is the biggest medicine. Drinking water will reduce your appetite, which will keep your calories under control to a great extent. And your stomach will also remain clean.

3. Important for muscles—If you run around all day or go to the gym, your body sweats a lot, which can lead to water deficiency in your body. Water keeps coming out of your body in the form of sweat throughout the day. It is very important to drink water to compensate for that deficiency.

4. The face glows—If you have a lot of pimples, boils, etc. on your face, then doctors advise you to drink plenty of water. Drinking water improves the complexion and eliminates pimples, etc. Due to some toxins in the body, dark marks start appearing on the face; water removes such toxins and gives brightness to your face.

5. Kidneys work properly—Every day our 2 kidneys clean about 120 to 150 quarts of blood. Along with this, it also filters urine and body waste. It is very important for the kidneys to get an adequate amount of water for this work. Because if there is no water, your waste will accumulate in the kidneys, which increases the risk of kidney stones.

6. The body gets new energy—Whenever you get tired after doing some work or are coming from a long distance, it is best to drink water because water refreshes the body and removes fatigue. In this way water increases your creativity.

7. Beneficial for eyes—Many times dryness is felt on the eyes and skin during the changing weather. Dryness in the eyes sometimes occurs due to less sleep, but if you drink more water, water will provide moisture to the eyes and skin, which will prevent dryness.

8. Pain reliever—Many people suffer from pain in bone joints and muscles. When the amount of fluid between the joints decreases, they start complaining of joint pain. For such people, drinking water is like nectar. If you drink plenty of water, then you can never have pain in your joints.

Along with this, if you wake up in the morning and drink plenty of water without eating anything, doing so will not only keep your stomach clean but will also increase your lifespan, and by doing this daily, you will feel refreshed. A healthy person must drink 12 to 15 glasses of water a day.
