Cashew (Kaju) helps body make melatonin. Melatonin is a sleep hormone. Body also gets magnesium and zinc when eating cashews. Both of these work to calm your nervous system which starts reducing anxiety.

When and how to eat cashew nuts for good sleep

Soak 4 to 5 cashews in the morning. Next eat cashew nuts an hour before bedtime at night. Dr. Akhila explained that you won’t see the effect in a day but if 15 days of continuously soaked cashews (Soaked Cashews) are eaten at night, the effect will be visible. It doesn’t cause any side effects on the body but sleeps well.
