3. Stay in a cool environment
During hot summer days, try to spend as much time as possible in an air-conditioned environment, such as a mall, library, or movie theater.
4. Avoid direct sunlight on a hot day
Avoid stepping out of doors at all times between 12 noon and 3 pm and if you are out of doors, stay in a shade.
5. Wear light-colored clothing
Wear light-colored, loose clothing as you step out of doors. This will keep the body cool. Also put on a wide-brimmed hat, which will help protect you from sunlight and keep you cool.
6. Carry a cool towel
Carry a cool towel during hot summer days to reduce the temperature of the body.
7. Take breaks
Take regular breaks such as after warm-up operations or exercise. Rest at certain times during this time to prevent the body from getting cold.
8. Never leave children, adults or pets alone in a closed and parked car

9. Never put on synthetic clothing
Wear cotton clothing as opposed to synthetic fabrics like nylon during summer to keep the body cool.
