If coffee is consumed after 4 pm, sleep may be disturbed, and one may feel more tired the next morning. Drinking excessive amounts of coffee can cause problems like restlessness, nervousness, increased blood pressure, rapid heartbeat, and headache. BP and heart patients should consume coffee only after consulting the doctor. If you want coffee to be beneficial and not harmful, then take special care of its quantity and time.
