3. Pain in fingers

4. Problem of insomnia

In this matter they also avoid sleep. 6-8 hours of sleep is very important for good health, which is not complete due to excessive use of the phone. This causes problems like irritability, stress and depression.
5. Victim of phobia

This can be controlled to a great extent through meditation and breathing exercises.A completely different type of phobia is monophobia, in which the ringtone and message tone of the phone is felt when it is not nearby.
