4. In many cases, massage can reduce body pain.
5. Pain can be cured by acupuncture.
6. For traumatic injury or severe concussion, corticosteroids are injected to reduce arthritis pain. Like sports injury or joint pain and chronic pain.
7. Narcotic drugs are used for severe pain. Apart from this, an injection is given to block the nerve. However, it is done to reduce the sensation of pain.
To reduce body pain, a person should make some changes in his diet and keep his weight balanced. Due to balanced weight, exercising daily makes the body flexible. To relieve body pain, the following preventive methods can be adopted.
1) Use the legs to lift heavier weights.
2) Make proper posture for sitting and standing.
3) Heavy items should be lifted near your body, and legs should be used instead of the waist to change direction.
4) Losing weight is essential to keep the body balanced. Therefore, include fiber-rich things in your diet.
