Fintech firm Paytm has released the vacancy for the post of Sales Team Lead. This vacancy is in Oil & Gas vertical, which includes Electricity, Oil & Gas bill payment.

Roll and responsibility:

• To formulate strategies and plans to build a business and achieve the sales goals of the company.
• Overseeing resources for sales team, operations and development.
• Determining the optimal composition of the sales force.
• Recruiting sales personnel.

Educational Qualification:

Applicants for this post should be graduates.

Experience:

• The candidate must have more than 4 years of experience to be eligible for this position.
• Furthermore, EDC or Fintech Sales must have experience in distribution sales.
• Must have experience in sales and equivalent positions.

Essential Skills:

• Must have good communication and leadership skills. Must have knowledge of MS Excel. But this is not mandatory.
• The candidate must be self-motivated: able to bring together internal and external stakeholders. Must have the ability to understand technology and user experience.
• There should be a growth mindset: The candidate should be a constant experimenter and bring improvement.
