Major Health Risk Associated With The Call Girl Profession

The call girl’s profession has been running under different names for centuries, but with it many health risks are associated with them which are often hidden behind the appearance of glamor and economic benefits. Although it is often a romantic form in films and stories, the reality of its effects on physical and mental health is far more serious and complex. Although the ideas of sexual freedom and physical autonomy are important, and they should be respected, in this profession, women have to face many health hazards that can deeply affect their lives – often, often, slowly, without anyone’s eyes, and permanently.

A call girl is likely to be a large and severe risk of sexually transmitted infections (STI), such as HIV/AIDS, syphilis, gonorrhea, Chlamydia, herpes and HPV. Despite efforts to have safe sexual relations, many customers either refuse to use safety or offer more money for unsafe sex. Over time, frequent contact with various sexual partners, especially with sexual peers whose health condition is uncertain or who do not speak the truth, puts these women in a state of constant biological risk. In countries like India, where sexual workers face limited healthcare and stigma, many sexually transmitted diseases (STIs) are unable to be treated, which increases the risk of chronic pain, infertility, pelvic inflammation and cancer, especially cervical cancer associated with HPV. Some infections, such as syphilis and gonorrhea, may come back, develop immunity to treatment, or also affect the nervous system and brain if not treated, which can cause permanent neurological damage.

However, physical risks are not limited to sexually transmitted diseases only. Many call girls, due to the physical needs of their work, often face long-term gynecological problems such as vaginal bursts, frequent yeast infections and bacterial veinosis. These problems are caused by excessive use, not getting enough rest among customers and frequent exposure to the physical fluids of various peers. Some women also complain of frequent miscarriages, irregular contraceptive use, or being forced to take pills to delay menstruation to continue work. They also complain of moving ahead of the uterus, irregular bleeding and hormone imbalance. Lack of rest and continuous work pressure increases physical exhaustion, causing many women in the region to grow old quickly, especially in terms of reproductive health.

Mental health problems are even more popular in the call-girl’s profession, although they are rarely discussed. The psychological effects of selling intimacy are long-lasting and extremely disturbing. Most women come to this area due to the lack of financial crisis, forces, smuggling or other employment opportunities. Over time, many people begin to experience isolation – mental separation from their body, a way to deal with it. This continuous separation often causes long -term trauma, depression and anxiety. Many call girls constantly complain of bad dreams, feelings of being useless and a sense of deep separation. Although they are in a profession where they are physically close to people every day, the emotional engagement is usually absent or artificial. This difference between emotional needs and physical activities produces a unique type of emotional starvation, where the person forgets how to forget that true love, affection or care.

Postplacement stress disorder (PTSD) is a serious problem. Some of which may force unwanted tasks from aggressive, violent or derogatory customers coming into frequent contact or can cause physical damage to women-there can Many call girls have to behave as if they like derogatory tasks, or they fulfill the demands of force to prevent violence or to ensure payment. This continuous experience of fear and helplessness creates a state of excessiveness, bad dreams, flashbacks and emotional numbness. In severe cases, they can resort to alcohol or drugs to reduce their mental pain. The consumption of intoxicants in this region is worryingly prevalent. Alcohol, cocaine, sleeping pills, cannabis, or even heroin have become a means of dealing with everyday stress. However, drug abuse also causes additional problems due to harm, addiction, overdose, cognitive decline and high risk of death. Many women are caught in addiction, losing control over their finances, body and mind.

This profession also severely affects their self-esteem. Many women begin to consider themselves only one object, which exists only to fulfill the wishes of men. This reduced self-esteem affects their decisions, their ability to dream or to have aspirations and their readiness to leave this profession. Some people lose the belief that they deserve love or a common family life. They often shy away from emotional connections, from fear of decision, betrayal, or rejection. Even if they get married, or they find a partner, the trauma and emotional wounds associated with their work complicate intimacy, dialogue and faith – resulting in breaking relationships or misbehaving in marriage. Apart from this, if their secret is revealed in society or family, then they have to face rejection, labeling or even violent punishment. Cultural and social stigma faced by call girls in India further enhances their mental stress, sometimes forced to harm themselves or commit suicide.

Reproductive health is badly affected in this profession. Many call girls face pregnancies due to unsuccessful contraception, rape or unsafe sex. Often in unsafe clinics or without medical care, abortion is often dangerous. Many times, miscarriage can cause damage to the uterus, increase the risk of infertility, or cause fatal problems such as bleeding or infection. Women who complete pregnancy often do not get prenatal care, resulting in miscarriage, premature birth or unhealthy babies. If they choose to raise a child, the child often faces stigma, has no proper identity, or is large in unsafe situations. This trauma is not limited to women only, but also affects the next generation emotionally and socially.

The risk of violence is another terrible truth. Many call girls have reported that their customers refuse to pay, become aggressive, or are drunk, so they are physically attacked. Some are beaten up badly, raped, burnt with cigarettes, or even tortured in a derogatory manner. This violence is rarely reported, as contacting the police often causes insults, threats or arrests. In India, where sexual work is legally unclear, many women are more afraid of relying on the legal system. Despite being a victim of crime, they are treated like criminals. Some police officers sexually or financially exploit them, asking for bribes or services in exchange for remaining silent or “security”. This systematic misconduct by both the clients and law enforcement agencies traps them without any security trap.

Call girls are often victims of persistent fatigue, irregular sleep and malnutrition. Many call girls work at night and sleep during the day, causing their daily routine to deteriorate. This disturbance not only affects the quality of their sleep, but also affects hormone regulation, immunity, digestion and mental clarity. Without regular food, they often depend on junk food or alcohol. As a result, their immune system weakens, causing them to suffer from infection, hair loss, skin problems and rapid old age. Some call girls may cause ulcers, high blood pressure or diabetes due to persistent stress and irregular food. The body gradually weakens, and the symptoms of burnout begin to appear at age of thirty or forty – much earlier compared to other jobs.

Social health is also badly affected. Many call girls find it difficult to be honest with their families. She lives a dual life, hiding her work from her closest friends. This secrecy separates them from true emotional relations. If their true identity is revealed, then in their family, especially in orthodox or rural areas, they are in danger of abandoned. Even in cities, if identified as sex workers, there may be stigma and rejection by homeowners, employers, banks, schools and hospitals. They can be denied rented houses, bank loans, or even basic respect. Their children can be threatened in school. The persistent fear of exposure creates a psychological burden that gradually spoils their mental health.

Cervical cancer is a more serious health problem caused by prolonged infections of human papillomavirus (HPV). Call girls often have many sexual companions, which greatly increases the risk of a high -risk HPV strain. Without regular pap smears and screening, it becomes impossible to find cancer quickly. As long as symptoms such as abnormal bleeding or pelvic pain appear, cancer usually reaches an advanced state. Limited access to healthcare means that these women never get diagnosis, or they are unable to bear the cost of treatment, resulting in prevented deaths.

In addition, the effects of constant stress on the body should also be taken into account. Stress increases the level of cortisol, which over time can affect immunity, metabolism, blood sugar, heart rate and function of the brain. Constant stress can lead to memory problems, irritability, mood fluctuations and even neurological problems. The persistent pressure to please others, hide pain, show false happiness and to maintain a false smile is a kind of emotional labor that no one should endure every day. However, for call girls, it is a common part of life. Some people may experience psychological symptoms – pain or disease without any medical cause, which arises from an emotional crisis.

In addition, long -term job prospects for call girls are almost negligible. Since most of their work experience is hidden or considered socially unacceptable, they have difficulty choosing a separate career. This economic trap forces them to continue working when their body and mind demand rest. Some try to escape, but without any aid system, they reach poverty, homeless, or worse – they become brokers, and smuggle others to live.

Although some people may claim that becoming a call-girl gives immediate money or economic freedom, the long -term impact on health is physical, mental, emotional, reproductive and socially serious. The pain is calm, the disadvantage is slow, and if ever recover, it is very challenging. These women are among the weakest people in society, whose wounds are rarely visible, but are deeply felt. His life was not condemned, but sympathy; Help is required, not a stigma. To make society healthy, he has to recognize the silent suffering of its most neglected citizens and give them a real opportunity to live a life free of healthcare, respect, dignity and pain, illness and fear.
