Analysts recommend reading with quarterly results to reach a more comprehensive picture of the annual report.

If he fails to do so, you can exit the stock without waiting for the company’s annual report at the end of the business year. Though all passages in annual report should be read carefully. Most analysts recommend that we start with a section of management thought and analysis to know the promoter’s perspective on the state of the industry, challenges and their performance and strategy in the evolving business environment.
