Diet Plan – Gym Diet Chart For Vegetarian To Make Body

Let’s say you weigh 60kg and you just have to build great Muscles by gaining a little weight. So what kind of diet should such people take to make body, we’ll know that here. It’ll be a bodybuilding Diet Plan for vegans that works for everyone and will be cheap. You can fool it into a great body.

We’re assuming here that you go to Gym only once a day (which is true) and that too in the evening. Your Exercise time starts at 5pm. So let’s know what your Gym Diet Chart should be like?

Diet Chart For Muscle Gain

Your Time to Wake Up – 7 AM

  • 7:30 am – 50 grams of soaked soybean/black gram + 10 almond kernels (soaked)
  • 8:00 in the morning – 1 large glass of buttermilk or 1 glass of milk + 2 bananas
  • 9:00 am Have your breakfast (can take Oats in breakfast+ Include fruits)
  • 11:00 in the morning Take 1 glass of milk mixed with 30 Gram Whey Protein
  • Lunch at 1 pm (keep chapatti low, Peanut Butter + any kind of lentils + 1 bowl of curd + salad + 1 bowl of cheese curry (if available)
  • 3 pm Protein Bar + 2 boiled potatoes + 1 banana + any 1 more Froit
  • Afternoon 4:30- Mix Glucose in 1 glass of water and add creatine to it+ Eat 1 banana or 1 apple
  • Start your Exercise (Workout) at 5 pm
  • Take 30 grams of Whey Protein mixed with 1 glass of milk at 7 pm+ Eat 1 Protein Bar after 10 minutes
  • 9 pm-Dinner (do eat plenty of green salad together)
  • Night 9:30-1 Large glass of milk Drink and sleep comfortably.

It’s a bodybuilding Diet Plan that’ll be great for boys who want to build great muscles by gaining weight. We haven’t included some things, but you can use them interchangeably. Some people might be thinking that according to this plan we will have to keep eating the whole day.

So tell them it’s nothing The day you find out the diet of professional body builders, your eyes will be wide open. Body’s got to eat more and Healthy’s got to be made. Without eating you won’t make body, no matter how hard you work. You’ll have to admit this truth.

Along with protein, you should also pay attention to eating plenty of vegetables and fruits as they give us Vitamins and Minerals which are essential for making body. Fruits and vegetables you can ever eat, they don’t have a Fix Time. Along with this, you also have to take special care of comfort.

You have to sleep early at night and give complete rest to your body, only if the muscles get complete rest they will be able to become bigger and stronger. Hopefully all vegans (Vegetarians) have understood what kind of diet to take to make great bodys in less time.

Also if you do some kind of drug you’ll have to give it up too or do very little. Because taking any kind of intoxication affects our blood circulatory system so Body can’t get pumping right.

Heart strain too much while working out puts you at risk. Just don’t take any drugs and follow the diet above. Your body’ll strengthen itself in a few days.
