Artificial intelligence employer Openai’s famous chatbot ChatGPT went down globally on Tuesday (June 10). Thousands of customers from the sector are not able to use this AI platform. Most of the court cases were registered through customers from India and the US due to the chatbot being down almost instantly.
According to real-time tracking platform Dotactor, customers in India were reporting chats at 12 noon 12 noon. More than 800 customers from India have registered court cases since 3:00 pm. At the same time, additional customers from the UK and the US have mentioned it with more than 1,000 customers.
Users using the chat are seeing wrong messages like ‘something has gone wrong for a long time’ and ‘there is a problem with the network’. Also, incorrect messages like Please test your connection and try again were also seen.
Openai showed the outage on its popularity web page and said that API, CHATGPT and SORA are down. Users are dealing with excessive incorrect charges and latency on the AI system. We are currently investigating the problem.’
However, the employer now did not say how long it would take to fix this problem. Also, customers were advised to keep checking the employer’s popularity web page for real-time updates of the operational popularity of CHATGPT. Many customers are reacting by means of sharing posts on social media systems while the chat is down.
